Because of this, our proprietary software is actively scanning all of the security equipment connected to our 24-hour monitoring station. These scans analyze the client’s cameras, NVRs, hard drives, internet, and other on-site equipment. Combining these active scans with our IT engineers and service teams, we are able to maximize uptime and reduce the potential for any missed incidents.
